CYS - Check Clearing Application

Interbank check clearing transactions are daily operational processes that contain their own lifecycle. Whether it's checks collected by a bank’s branches from other banks or the bank's own checks sent for collection, the ability to respond quickly and reliably is critical for customer satisfaction. The lifecycle may vary depending on check types; for example, Turkish Lira checks follow workflows defined by the Clearing House, while foreign currency checks follow Foreign Currency Clearing workflows.

Such workflows require a system that functions flawlessly in terms of data format, speed, and data integrity. Moreover, such a system must also be integrated in real time with the bank’s own system.

In addition to meeting the above criteria, clearing applications must be capable of adapting to real-time changes as is necessary in all mission-critical daily operations, without compromising data integrity across systems.
